Northgate was served with process on or about August 5, 2022, making its response to the Cross-Claim due on August 26, 2022. 16 17 Loyo-Morales filed her Answer to Complaint [ECF No. 1], Counterclaim and 4. Northgate filed a Motion to Dismiss Cross-Claim by Cross-Claimant Maria Loyo-Morales’ Cross Claim on September 16, 2022. Loyo-Morales filed a Response to Northgate’s Motion to Dismiss on September 18 5. 19 30, 2022. 20 6. Northgate’s Reply in Support of its Motion to Dismiss is due October 7, 2022. 21 7. This stipulation is not made for purposes of delay. 22 8.
