Infringement, Case No. 2:16-cv-02423 filed by Plaintiffs EMI APRIL MUSIC, INC.;

MONICA’S RELUCTANCE TO LOB; PURPLE RABBIT MUSIC; and TINY BEAR MUSIC

(hereinafter “Plaintiffs”) on October 20, 2016;
