COMES NOW Plaintiff ME2 PRODUCTIONS, INC., by and through its counsel of

25 record, and Defendant HENRY BRANDON in proper person, and hereby stipulate and agree
26 that judgment shall be entered against Defendant HENRY BRANDON in the amount of Six
27 Thousand dollars (USD$6,000.00) as full and final resolution of all claims brought by Plaintiff
28 against Defendant HENRY BRANDON. Furthermore, to the extent that Defendant HENRY
