The parties filed their respective motions for summary judgment on April 25, 2019. 26 [ECF Nos. 58, 62, and 63.] The oppositions to these motions were filed on May 23, 2019. [ECF Nos. 27 69, 70, and 71.] 28 2. The replies are currently due June 6, 2019. 1 1 3. The parties hereby stipulate and agree the parties shall have fourteen (14) additional 2 days to file their respective replies. The new deadline to file the replies to the parties' respective 3 motions for summary judgment shall be June 20, 2019. 4 4. This is the first request for an extension of the reply deadlines and is not made for 5 purposes of undue delay.
