COMES NOW, Defendant Portfolio Recovery Associates, LLC (“PRAˮ), and Plaintiff,

23 Michael Calkins (“Plaintiffˮ), by and through their respective counsel of record, stipulate and
24 agree to extend the deadline to December 21, 2016, for PRA to answer or otherwise plead in
25 response to Plaintiffʼs Complaint.

This is PRAʼs first request for an extension, which it requested from Plaintiff in order to

27 allow PRA additional time to investigate the factual allegations of the Complaint. Plaintiff has no
28 opposition to PRAʼs request for an extension.
