This extension is requested for good cause so as to allow self-represented litigants William

2 McKnight and Ella McKnight to secure counsel to assist in responding to the pending Motion for
3 Attorney's Fees and Costs. The undersigned counsel met and conferred with self-represented
4 litigants and are requesting an extension of time to November 12, 2021.

WHEREFORE, the aforementioned Parties, hereby agree, subject to the Court's approval,
