Trustee’s counsel has requested the extension for additional time to respond

17 to SFR’s Motion for Summary Judgment due to the unavailability of client contacts
18 for review due to the recent holiday and because counsel for Trustee has several
19 matters with dispositive motion deadlines in the next two weeks. The original
20 deadline for the Parties to file responses to SFR and Trustee’s motions for summary
21 judgment is November 28, 2017. The proposed deadline is December 8, 2017.
