DISCUSSION

On December 13, 2016, this Court ordered Plaintiff to file a fully complete application

15

to proceed in forma pauperis or pay the full $400 filing fee for a civil action within thirty (30)

16

days from the date of that order. (ECF No. 3 at 2). On December 30, 2016, Plaintiff filed a

17

motion for an extension of time to file a fully complete application to proceed in forma

18

pauperis. (ECF No. 4). The Court now grants Plaintiff’s motion for an extension of time.

19

Plaintiff shall file a fully complete application to proceed in forma pauperis or pay the full $400

20

filing fee on or before Tuesday, January 31, 2017.

For the foregoing reasons, IT IS ORDERED that the motion for extension of time (ECF

CONCLUSION

No. 4) is granted.
