The dispute between Plaintiff Timothy Holloway (“Plaintiffs”) and Experian

Information Solutions, Inc. (“Defendant”) has been resolved.

The Parties have finalized their settlement agreements and are waiting for

5

executed copies of the agreement to be exchanged. Plaintiff is out of the country

6

and requires additional time to finalize the settlement. The Parties anticipate filing

7

dismissal documents as to Defendant within 45 days—on or before December 22,

8

2017.
