On 16 April 24, 2017, the District Judge granted Defendant’s Motion to Dismiss and allowed Plaintiff until 17 May 8, 2017 to file an amended complaint. See Order (ECF No. 61). Therefore, Defendant’s Motion 18 to Stay is moot. Accordingly, 19 20 21 IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Defendant State of Nevada’s Motion to Stay Discovery Pending Resolution of Defendant’s Motion to Dismiss (ECF No. 49) is denied as moot.
