Counsel for Defendant represents that Christopher S. Connell, Esq. is no longer associated 16 with the law firm of Wright, Finlay & Zak, LLP. Therefore, counsel requests that Mr. Connell be 17 removed as attorney of record for Defendant. Counsel also indicates that Defendant will continue 18 to be represented by Dana Jonathan Nitz, Esq. of Wright, Finlay & Zak, LLP. The Court finds that 19 counsel has provided good cause to justify granting Mr. Connell’s withdrawal. Accordingly, 20 IT IS HEREBY ORDERED Defendant Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC’s Notice of 21 22 23 24 Disassociation (ECF No. 22) is granted.
