IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED, by and between the Plaintiff Paseo Verde Gibson Apts.,

cooperative corporation and Valley Electric Transmission Association LLC, a Nevada limited-

liability company (collectively “VEA”), under Rule 6-1 that VEA may have until Friday, January

6, 2017 to respond to Plaintiff’s Complaint. Defendants’ response to Plaintiff’s Complaint is

24

currently due Tuesday, January 3, 2017 and this extension of time is needed so that counsel for

25

Defendants can have an opportunity to review the response with Defendants’ client prior to filing

26

it.
