Plaintiff JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. (“Chase”) and Defendant SFR

Investments Pool 1, LLC (“SFR”), by and through their counsel of record, stipulate to

22

the entry of an order for the deposit of security of costs. On January 26, 2017, SFR

23

filed and served a Motion for Demand for Security of Costs Pursuant to NRS

24

18.130(1). (ECF No. 9). Pursuant to the statute, the parties stipulate to an order

25

permitting the deposit by Chase of a check for $500.00 with the Clerk of the Court.

26

The parties further stipulate that, pursuant to NRS 18.130, SFR shall answer

27

or otherwise respond to the Complaint within ten (10) days of notice that the funds

28

have been deposited with the Court.
