It is further stipulated that the Response to Allgood’s and Guild’s Motion for Summary

Judgment (filed on August 14, 2017, ECF No. 18) that is currently due on September 4, 2017 be

extended to September 20, 2017, pursuant to ECF Number 18. Allgood and Guild shall have an

21

additional two (2) weeks to file their reply in support of their motion for summary judgment up to and

22

including October 18, 2017.
