On June 30, 2017, Magistrate Judge Peggy Leen issued an order and report of findings in
11
which she, inter alia, recommends that this case be dismissed with prejudice because it is
12
frivolous and this court lacks jurisdiction over Shaun Rosiere’s claims.1 Plaintiff moves to
13
extend the deadline for filing objections to this order to August 8, 2017, because he is “currently
14
dealing with a few health issues” and needs extra time.2
15
Good cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that plaintiff’s motion to extend the
16
objection deadline [ECF No. 13] is GRANTED; plaintiff’s deadline to file objections to the
17
report and recommendation [ECF No. 11] is extended to August 8, 2017.
