(“Ad Astra”); by and through their respective attorneys, hereby stipulate as 19 follows: 20 WHEREAS, Defendant Ad Astra filed a Motion to Compel Arbitration and Stay or Dismiss 21 Proceedings (the “Motion”) on February 24, 2017 in this matter (ECF Nos. 18-19).
