Defendant Equifax Information Services LLC (“Equifax”) has requested a second

extension of time to answer, move, or otherwise respond to the Complaint in this matter, to which

20

Plaintiff Crispolo Polangcus has no opposition. This is Equifax’s second request for such an

21

extension. Accordingly, pursuant to LR IA 6-2, IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED

22

to by and among counsel, that Defendant Equifax Information Services LLC’s time to answer,

move or otherwise respond to the Complaint in this action is extended for thirty days from the
24
25

initial deadline of March 15, 2017, 2017 through and including March 27, 2017. Plaintiff and

26

Equifax are actively engaged in settlement discussions. The additional time to respond to the

27

Complaint will facilitate settlement discussions. This stipulation is filed in good faith and not

28

intended to cause delay.
