Defendant JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A.’s (“Chase”) response to Plaintiff Terry

21 A. Lewchanin’s complaint currently is due March 23, 2017. Chase has requested,
22 and Plaintiff has agreed, that Chase has up to and including April 6, 2017 to respond
23 to Plaintiff’s complaint, to provide time for the parties to investigate Plaintiff's
24 allegations and continue their ongoing discussions about a potential early resolution
25 of the claims asserted against Chase.
