BRIGANCE Case No. 2:17-cv-00250-JCM-GWF ORDER This matter is before the Court on the parties’ failure to file a proposed Stipulated 15 Discovery Plan and Scheduling Order. The Complaint (ECF No. 1) in this matter was filed on 16 January 30, 2017. Defendant Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department filed its Answer (ECF 17 No. 12) on March 8, 2017. Pursuant to LR 26-1, the parties were required to meet and/or confer as 18 required by Fed. R. Civ. P. 26(f) within 30 days after the first defendant answered or otherwise 19 appeared, and 14 days thereafter to file a mandatory stipulated discovery plan and scheduling order. 20 To date, the parties have not complied. Accordingly, 21 IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the parties shall file a stipulated Discovery Plan and 22 Scheduling Order not later than May 12, 2017 in compliance with the provisions of LR 26-1 of the 23 Rules of Practice of the United States District Court for the District of Nevada. 24 DATED this 5th day of May, 2017. 25 26 27 28 ______________________________________ GEORGE FOLEY, JR.
