BRIGANCE Case No. 2:17-cv-00250-JCM-GWF ORDER 14 15 This matter is before the Court on the parties= failure to file a proposed Stipulated Discovery Plan 16 and Scheduling Order. The Complaint (ECF No. 1) in this matter was filed on January 30, 2017. 17 Defendant filed its Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department filed its Answer (ECF No. 12) on March 18 8, 2017. Pursuant to LR 26-1, the parties were required to meet and/or confer as required by Fed. R. 19 Civ. P. 26(f) within 30 days after the first defendant answered or otherwise appeared, and 14 days 20 thereafter to file a mandatory stipulated discovery plan and scheduling order. To date, the parties have 21 not complied. Accordingly, 22 IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the parties shall file a stipulated Discovery Plan and 23 Scheduling Order not later than May 29, 2017 in compliance with the provisions of LR 26-1 of the 24 Rules of Practice of the United States District Court for the District of Nevada. 25 26 27 28 DATED THIS 22nd day of May, 2017. ___________________________________ GEORGE FOLEY, JR.
