On April 30, 2018, REO, by and through its prior counsel, filed its Response to U.S.
Bank’s Motion for Summary Judgment [ECF No. 47]. On September 28, 2018, REO filed its
Motion for Leave to File Supplemental Points and Authorities in Support of Opposition to
Plaintiff’s Motion for Summary Judgment [ECF No. 67] (the “Motion”). Presently, the deadline
for U.S. Bank to file its response to the Motion is October 12, 2018. The Parties have discussed
extending the deadline for U.S. Bank to file its response by three weeks to November 2, 2018.

This is the first stipulation for extension of time for U.S. Bank to file its response to the
Motion. The extension is requested in good faith and is not for purposes of delay or prejudice to
