Responses to the foregoing Motions for Summary Judgment are currently due February 6, 2018. 5. The Parties hereby stipulate that they will have up to and until 2 February 13, 2018 (current due date is February 6, 2018) to file their respective 3 Responses to Motions for Summary Judgment. 4 7.
