Pursuant to the agreement of all the parties, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. agrees to set

aside the clerk’s default (ECF No. 18) against 1832 the Featherbrook Avenue Trust and
3
withdraw its Motion for Default Judgment (ECF No. 27).

EQUISOURCE, LLC as trustee for the 1832 Featherbrook Avenue Trust shall be
5
permitted to file an amended answer to Plaintiff’s Complaint (ECF No. 1) whereby
6
EQUISOURCE, LLC shall not be permitted to assert claims against any of the named parties.

EQUISOURCE, LLC shall be permitted to file a response to all pending motions for
summary judgment no later than November 30, 2017.
