(ECF No. 3 at 2). On March 3, 2017, Plaintiff filed a motion for 17 an extension of time to file a fully complete application to proceed in forma pauperis because 18 he was still awaiting documents from the NDOC. (ECF No. 4). The Court now grants Plaintiff’s 19 motion for an extension of time. Plaintiff shall file a fully complete application to proceed in 20 forma pauperis or pay the full $400 filing fee on or before Friday, April 14, 2017. 21 II. For the foregoing reasons, IT IS ORDERED that the motion for extension of time (ECF 22 23 CONCLUSION No. 4) is granted. 24 IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that on or before Friday, April 14, 2017, Plaintiff shall 25 either: (1) file a fully complete application to proceed in forma pauperis, on the correct form 26 with complete financial attachments in compliance with 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a); or (2) pay the full 27 $400 fee for filing a civil action (which includes the $350 filing fee and the $50 administrative 28 fee). 1 2 IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that if Plaintiff does not timely comply with this order, dismissal of this action may result. 3 4 DATED: This 7th day of March, 2017. 5 6 _________________________________ United States Magistrate Judge 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 2
