The deadline 22 for the Association to respond to the Complaint is February 8, 2019. The Parties are discussing a possible 23 resolution of Plaintiff’s claims against the Association, which would eliminate the need for further briefing. 24 For this reason, the Parties are in agreement to extend the deadline for the Association to respond to the 25 Complaint.
