Plaintiff, Bank of America, N.A. (“Plaintiff”), and Defendant Sedona Condominium Homeowners’

Association, Inc. (the “Association”), by and through their counsel of record, hereby stipulate and agree as
20
follows:

On November 19, 2018, the court granted Plaintiff’s Motion to Lift Stay [ECF No. 21]. The deadline
22
for the Association to respond to the Complaint is February 8, 2019. The Parties are discussing a possible
23
resolution of Plaintiff’s claims against the Association, which would eliminate the need for further briefing.
24
For this reason, the Parties are in agreement to extend the deadline for the Association to respond to the
25
Complaint. This is the Parties’ first request to extend the subject deadline and the request is made in good
26
faith and not for purposes of delay or prejudice to any other party.
