This matter is before the Court on the parties= failure to file a proposed Stipulated 13 Discovery Plan and Scheduling Order. The Complaint (ECF No. 9) in this matter was filed 14 on March 23, 2017. Defendant filed its Motion to Dismiss (ECF No. 22) on May 23, 2017. 15 Pursuant to LR 26-1, the parties were required to meet and/or confer as required by Fed. R. 16 Civ. P. 26(f) within 30 days after the first defendant answered or otherwise appeared, and 14 17 days thereafter to file a mandatory stipulated discovery plan and scheduling order. To date, 18 the parties have not complied. Accordingly, 19 IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the parties shall file a stipulated Discovery Plan 20 and Scheduling Order not later than July 31, 2017 in compliance with the provisions of LR 21 26-1 of the Rules of Practice of the United States District Court for the District of Nevada. 22 DATED THIS21st day of July, 2017. ___ 23 24 25 26 27 28 GEORGE FOLEY, JR.
