Plaintiff, Kevin Zimmerman, and Defendant, Snowed Inn Incorporated, hereby
stipulate to the following extension of time for Plaintiff to file their Response to
Defendant’s Motion to Dismiss [ECF Doc 21]. In accordance with LR 6-1(c) the current

deadline for Plaintiff to file their Response is July 12, 2017. Pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P.

23 6(b)(1)(A) the parties stipulate and respectfully request the Court extend the time for
