(“Chase”) and Defendant/Counter-Claimant/CrossClaimant SFR Investments Pool 1, LLC (“SFR”) (collectively, the “Parties”), by and through their undersigned counsel of record, hereby stipulate and agree to amend the briefing schedules on the Parties’ respective Motions for Summary Judgment (ECF Nos. 40/42 and 44)1 as follows: 1. Chase filed its Motion for Summary Judgment (ECF Nos. 40 and 42) on January 8, 2018. 2. SFR filed its Motion for Summary Judgment (ECF No. 44) on January 8, 2018. 3. Chase filed its Response to SFR’s Motion for Summary Judgment (ECF No. 46) on January 29, 2018. 4. SFR filed its Response Chase’s Motion for Summary Judgment (ECF No. 47) on January 29, 2018. 5. The Parties hereby stipulate that they will have up to and until February 28, 2018 (current due date is February 12, 2018) to file their Replies in support of their respective Motions for Summary Judgment. 6. 24 25 to This is the Parties’ first request to extend time for these Motions. Chase originally filed its Motion for Summary Judgment at ECF No. 40 but later refiled the Motion at ECF No. 42 after learning that it had incorrectly filed exhibits to ECF No. 40. Chase has requested that the Court remove the Motion at ECF No. 40 from its docket. See Motion to Remove Incorrectly Filed Document, ECF No. 41. SFR does not oppose Chase’s request.
