Plaintiff and Defendants PORTFOLIO RECOVERY ASSOCIATES, LLC. (“PRA”),

23 EXPERIAN INFORMATION SOLUTIONS, INC. (“Experian”), and EQUIFAX INFORMATION

24 SERVICES, LLC. (“Equifax”) through their counsel, give notice that all Parties have reached an
25 agreement to settle all claims against PRA, EXPERIAN, and EQUIFAX in this litigation. The Parties

are preparing settlement documents which will include a Stipulation for Dismissal with Prejudice and

1 an accompanying Order of Dismissal with Prejudice. The Parties anticipate that the documentation
