If petitioner pays the 19 filing fee, he shall make the necessary arrangements to have one copy of this order attached 20 to the check paying the filing fee. Failure to comply both fully and timely with this order will 21 result in the petition being dismissed without further advance notice. 22 The Clerk of Court shall send petitioner two copies of an in forma pauperis application 23 form for incarcerated persons along with one copy of the instructions for same, as well as two 24 copies of this order. 25 DATED October 25, 2017 26 27 28 ________________________ RICHARD F.
