Good cause appearing, the motion 17 shall be granted. Petitioner is expressly advised that, absent extraordinary 18 circumstances, the court is highly unlikely to grant any further extensions of time. 19 IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that petitioner’s second motion for extension of 20 time to respond to respondents’ motion to dismiss (ECF No. 20) is GRANTED. 21 Petitioner shall file his response within sixty (60) days of the date of this order. 22 23 DATED: April 23, 2018. 24 25 RICHARD F.
