Case No. 2:17-cv-00984-KJD-GWF
ORDER
13
This matter is before the Court on the Stipulated Protective Order (ECF No. 32), filed
14
September 27, 2017. The proposed protective order is unclear whether the party, who asserts that
15
particular information should be treated as confidential under the protective order, has the burden of
16
proof to establish that the information or document is entitled to such protection. The parties are
17
directed to submit a revised protective order with that clarification. Accordingly,
18
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Stipulated Protective Order (ECF No. 32) is denied,
19
without prejudice.
20
DATED this 28th day of September, 2017.
