JEAN BIRMINGHAM, et al., Defendant. 13 This matter is before the Court on the parties= failure to file a proposed Stipulated 14 Discovery Plan and Scheduling Order. The Complaint (ECF No. 1) in this matter was filed 15 on April 10, 2017. Defendant filed its Pre-Answer Motion to Dismiss Pursuant to Federal 16 Rule 12 (ECF No. 19) on May 31, 2017. Pursuant to LR 26-1, the parties were required to 17 meet and/or confer as required by Fed. R. Civ. P. 26(f) within 30 days after the first defendant 18 answered or otherwise appeared, and 14 days thereafter to file a mandatory stipulated 19 discovery plan and scheduling order. To date, the parties have not complied. Accordingly, 20 IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the parties shall file a stipulated Discovery Plan and 21 Scheduling Order not later than June 28, 2017 in compliance with the provisions of LR 26-1 22 of the Rules of Practice of the United States District Court for the District of Nevada. 23 DATED THIS 20th day of June, 2017. 24 25 26 27 28 GEORGE FOLEY, JR.
