On August 22, 2017, Sundance Homeowners Association, Inc. (“HOA”) filed its

Opposition to Plaintiff’s Motion for Summary Judgment [ECF No. 28] and Countermotion for

Summary Judgment [ECF No. 29].

This Court previously granted a stipulated extension for HSBC to file its Reply in

response to HOA’s Opposition on the same day that HSBC’s Opposition to HOA’s

Countermotion is due – September 12, 2017 [ECF No. 31].

Due to unforeseen circumstances regarding counsel’s foreign travels,1 HOA and

HSBC agree that HSBC may have up to and including September 18, 2017 to file its Reply in

response to HOA’s Opposition and Opposition to HOA’s Countermotion.
