Plaintiff, Kevin Zimmerman, by and through undersigned counsel, hereby requests

the following extension of time for Plaintiff to file his Response to Defendant’s Motion to
Dismiss. In accordance with LR 6-1(c) the Motion to Dismiss was filed on June 1, 2017

20 therefore the current deadline for Plaintiff to file his Response is June 15, 2017.

Pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 6(b)(1)(A) Plaintiff respectfully requests the Court

22 extend the time for Plaintiff to file his Response to Motion to Dismiss for ten (10) days.
