The complaint in this matter was filed in state court on December 14 20, 2016, and removed (ECF No. 1) May 2, 2017. Defendant filed its Answer (ECF No. 1) January 15 11, 2017. 16 LR 7.1-1(a) requires, unless otherwise ordered, that in all cases (except habeas corpus 17 cases) counsel for private parties shall, upon entering a case, identify in the disclosure statement 18 required by Fed. R. Civ. P. 7.1 all persons, associations of persons, firms, partnerships or 19 corporations (including parent corporations) which have a direct, pecuniary interest in the outcome 20 of the case. LR 7.1-1(b) further states that if there are no known interested parties other than those 21 participating in the case, a statement to that effect must be filed. Additionally, LR 7.1-1(c) requires 22 a party to promptly file a supplemental certification upon any change in the information that this 23 rule requires. To date, plaintiff has failed to comply. 24 Accordingly, 25 /// 26 /// 27 /// 28 /// 1     1 IT IS ORDERED plaintiff shall file his certificate of interested parties, which fully 2 complies with LR 7.1-1 no later than June 7, 2017.
