The Complaint (ECF No. 1) in this matter was filed 15 on May 5, 2017. Defendant filed its Answer (ECF No. 8) on June 15, 2017. Pursuant to LR 16 26-1, the parties were required to meet and/or confer as required by Fed. R. Civ. P. 26(f) 17 within 30 days after the first defendant answered or otherwise appeared, and 14 days 18 thereafter to file a mandatory stipulated discovery plan and scheduling order. To date, the 19 parties have not complied. Accordingly, 20 IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the parties shall file a stipulated Discovery Plan and 21 Scheduling Order not later than August 18, 2017 in compliance with the provisions of LR 26-1 of 22 the Rules of Practice of the United States District Court for the District of Nevada. 23 DATED this 8th day of August, 2017. 24 25 26 27 28 GEORGE W.
