Upon reading the Affidavit of Due Diligence; it appearing that an Answer, Counterclaim,

and Cross-Claim has been filed; that a Summons directed to Cross-Defendant, RICHARD BELL

3

has been issued [ECF No. 22]; that Cross-Defendant, Bell is a necessary party; and that Cross-

4

Defendant Bell cannot be found to be personally served in the State of Nevada, and good cause

5

appearing therefore,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that since the Cross-Defendant, RICHARD BELL, cannot

7

now be found so as to be personally served, he may be served by publication of the Summons at

8

least once a week for four (4) weeks in the Nevada Legal News, a newspaper of general circulation

9

and a newspaper of general circulation in Fallon, NV.

and Cross-Claim shall be mailed forthwith to Cross-Defendant Bell, first class mail, postage
