IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED by and between the undersigned, counsel of record for

Plaintiff/Counter-Defendants, U.S. Bank, National Association, as Trustee for GSAA 2006-1

and SunTrust Mortgage, Inc. (“Plaintiffs”) through undersigned counsel, the law firm of

Dickinson Wright, PLLC, Defendant SFR Investments Pool 1, LLC (“SFR”) through
