Plaintiff Acrylic Tank Manufacturing, Inc. (“ATM” or “Plaintiff”) and Defendant

Powervision Robot Corporation, a Delaware corporation (“Powervision” or “Defendant”)

(collectively the “Parties”), by and through their undersigned counsel, hereby stipulate and agree

to extend the 26(f) Conference deadlines thirty (30) days pursuant to LR 26-1 from the current

August 28, 2017 date to September 29, 2017.

REASONS WHY THE DEADLINE WAS NOT SATISFIED WITHIN THE
TIME LIMITS SET UNDER LR-26:

Plaintiff filed its Complaint on May 12, 2017. Defendant filed its Answer and

Counterclaim on July 28, 2017. Plaintiff filed its Answer to Defendant’s Counterclaim on
4
August 15, 2017. Under LR 26-1 the FRCP 26(f) conference was required to take place on or
5
before August 28, 2017. The undersigned counsel has recently associated with Plaintiff’s counsel
6
and additional time is necessary to obtain information to ensure a productive conference can take
7
place, as well as gather any information co-counsel has on the instant matter.

This stipulation is entered into in good faith and not for the purposes of undue delay.
