This matter is before the court on the parties= failure to file a proposed stipulated discovery
13
plan and scheduling order. The Complaint (ECF No. 1) in this matter was filed May 19, 2017.

Defendant filed Motions to Dismiss (ECF Nos. 57, 60) October 17, 2018. Pursuant to LR 26-1,
15
the parties were required to meet and/or confer as required by Fed. R. Civ. P. 26(f) within thirty
16
days after the first defendant answered or otherwise appeared, and fourteen days thereafter to file
17
a mandatory stipulated discovery plan and scheduling order. To date, the parties have not
18
complied. Accordingly,

IT IS ORDERED:

The following discovery plan and scheduling order dates shall apply:

a.

later than March 21, 2018.

b.
Last date to complete discovery: April 16, 2018.

c.
Last date to amend pleadings and add parties: January 15, 2018 (Expired).

d.
Last date to file interim status report: February 14, 2018 (Expired).

e.
Last date to disclose experts pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 26(a)(2):

The parties shall meet and/or confer as required by Fed. R. Civ. P. 26(f) not
Last date to disclose rebuttal experts: March 16, 2018.

Last date to file dispositive motions: May 16, 2018

motions are filed, the date for filing the joint pretrial order shall be suspended until

shall be included in the pretrial order.
