Plaintiff Ana M. Payan and Defendant MidFirst Bank, erroneously named as Midland
21 Mortgage (“MidFirst”), by and through their undersigned counsel of record, hereby stipulate
22 and agree to extend MidFirst’s deadline to plead or other otherwise respond to Plaintiff’s
23 Complaint to July 11, 2017.

This is the first request for an extension by MidFirst and is designed to permit additional
2 time to investigate the factual allegations in the Complaint and formulate a response thereto.
