No. 26] and renewed on 3 September 4, 2018 [Doc. No. 37]. HSBC’s response to the Motion is currently due September 25, 4 2018. This is the Parties’ first extension request. Pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 5 6(b)(1) and Local Rule 6-1, there exists good cause to grant this extension to respond for the 6 following reasons: 7 8 1. Counsel for Wells Fargo requires additional time to review the Motion, confer with Wells Fargo, and formulate the appropriate response. The Parties agreed to the extension requested herein. 3.
