The Motion to Stay Claim was filed November 22, 2017, and 28 the current deadline for responses to the Motion to Stay Claim is December 6, 2017. The Motion -1- 1 for Partial Summary Judgment was filed November 21, 2017, and the current deadline for 2 responses is December 12, 2017. This is the first request for an extension of time to respond to 3 the Motions, and the Parties have agreed that the new deadline for Deutsche Bank to respond to 4 the Motion to Stay Claim should be December 13, 2017 and the new deadline for Lee Family 5 Properties to respond to the Motion for Partial Summary Judgment is December 19, 2017. 6 IT IS STIPULATED AND AGREED that: 7 1. 8 9 10 Lee Family Properties shall have up to and including December 9, 2017 to respond to Deutsche Bank’s Motion for Partial Summary Judgment. 2.
