WHEREAS, on March 23, 2018, Plaintiff filed her Rule 59(e) Motion for Reconsideration

of Order Granting Motion to Dismiss the Complaint’s Second and Third Causes of Action (ECF

No. 29);
WHEREAS, the deadline for Defendants to file their Response to the Motion for
4

Reconsideration is April 6, 2018;
WHEREAS, the Parties now stipulate and agree to extend the time for Defendants to file
6

their Response to the Motion for Reconsideration from April 6, 2018 to April 16, 2018.

WHEREAS, this is the first request for an extension of time for Defendants to file their
9
Response to the Motion for Reconsideration and is not intended to cause any delay or prejudice to
10
any party and the reason for the extension is that due to counsel for the Defendants workload, she
11
needs more time to respond to the Motion for Reconsideration.
