If approved, this stipulation would extend the due date from April 18, 2019 to April 25, 2019. WHEREAS the deadline for Plaintiff to file her Reply in further support of her Motion for Preliminary Injunction is April 18, 2019. WHEREAS the Parties now stipulate and agree to extend the time for Plaintiff to file her Reply from April 18, 2019 to April 25, 2019. 28 -14820-2175-1115 21894686.2 1 WHEREAS, this is the first request for an extension of time for Plaintiff to file her Reply 2 in further support of her Motion for Preliminary Injunction and is not intended to cause any delay 3 or prejudice to any party.
