ORDER Granting in part and Denying in part 25 Interpleader Plaintiff's Motion to Deposit Funds. IT IS ORDERED that Interpleader Plaintiff shall deposit the life insurance policies proceeds of $166,668.67 with the Court within 30 days of this order. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Interpleader Plaintiff's requests for a permanent injunction and discharge from further liability regarding the funds to be deposited with the Court are DENIED without prejudice. Docket No. 25. 21 22 IT IS ORDERED that Interpleader Plaintiff shall deposit the life insurance policies proceeds of $166,668.67 with the Court within 30 days of this order. 23 IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Interpleader Plaintiff shall collect and deduct a total of 24 $2,500.00 as its reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs incurred herein from the $166,668.67 to be 25 deposited with the Court. 26 .... 27 .... 28 .... 1 IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Interpleader Plaintiff’s requests for a permanent injunction 2 and discharge from further liability regarding the funds to be deposited with the Court are DENIED 3 without prejudice.
