Pending before the Court is a motion to withdraw as attorney for Defendant Gregory Olin.

17 Docket No. 107. No response has been filed. The Court hereby SETS a hearing on the motion
18 for 2:00 p.m. on January 16, 2019, in Courtroom 3A. In addition to withdrawing counsel,
19 Defendant himself must appear at the hearing. Defendant may appear telephonically by calling
20 the Court conference line at 877-402-9757 at least five minutes prior to the hearing. The
21 conference code is 6791056. In order to ensure a clear recording of the hearing, the call must be
22 made using a land line phone. Cell phone calls, as well as the use of a speaker phone, are
23 prohibited.

FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THIS ORDER MAY RESULT IN THE
