Plaintiffs Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation and Wells Fargo Bank, N.A.

(“Plaintiffs”) and Defendant Grand Canyon Village Homeowners Association (the “HOA”), by

and through counsel, hereby stipulate and agree as follows:

WHEREAS, the above-captioned action concerns an NRS 116 foreclosure sale
5
involving that real property in Clark County, Nevada with APN 125-07-715-340, commonly
6
known as 8250 North Grand Canyon Drive, #2168, Las Vegas, Nevada 89166 (the “Property”);
7
WHEREAS, Plaintiffs filed their First Amended Complaint on January 12, 2018,
8
alleging several causes of action against the HOA; and
9
WHEREAS, the HOA disclaims any interest in the Property other than its ongoing

rights to enforce the governing documents including the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions
