ORDER. I THEREFORE ORDER that 44 plaintiff Johnson's objection is GRANTED IN PART. Magistrate Judge Ferenbach's order is modified to allow Johnson to amend his complaint to add allegations directly related to the incident where his he ad was allegedly slammed into a gate, but not about religious discrimination.
